• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship to:

• 🇳🇿 New Zealand

We do not ship to any other countries at this time.

Delivery Times

Australia

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping (if available): 1–4 business days

New Zealand

• Standard International Shipping: 5–12 business days

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
