At VoltCustomz, we take pride in providing quality products and accurate order fulfilment.

No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Ordering the wrong size or colour
  • Products that are no longer wanted
  • Compatibility issues where the customer did not confirm fitment before purchasing

Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Items

If we accidentally send you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received

Once confirmed, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item if required.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you.

Faulty Products

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand consumer protection laws where applicable.
